Welcome home, Dre.
After recovering for nearly two weeks at the hospital for a recent brain aneurysm, Dr. Dre is finally home and is already working.
On Saturday (Jan. 16), frequent collaborator Dem Jointz posted a photo of Dre in the studio and teased the hip hop producer’s long-awaited album Detox in the caption.
Dr. Dre was released from Los Angeles’ Cedars-Sinai Medical on Friday evening (Jan. 15), where he will continue to monitored by medical staff around the clock for the next few weeks.
The 55-year-old mogul was rushed to the ICU on January 4 after suffering a brain aneurysm, a severe bleeding from a blood vessel in the brain. On the day after, The Doc checked in to his Instagram handle with an update on his condition and acknowledge his fans and his medical staff for their support.
“Thanks to my family, friends and fans for their interest and well wishes. I’m doing great and getting excellent care from my medical team. I will be out of the hospital and back home soon. Shout out to all the great medical professionals at Cedars. One Love!!”
